Baciu Gorge is a mixed nature reserve of national interest, located in the immediate vicinity of Cluj-Napoca. With an area of 3 ha, it is located in the north of the famous Hoia forest, being crossed by the Lungă and Popești valleys.
The protected area of Baciu Gorge is an area of gorges dug in limestone, of geological, paleontological (fossiliferous deposits), floristic and landscape importance.
