These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eventya platform, operated by Eventya CO SRL, a company incorporated in Romania (CUI RO31611012, J32/408/2013). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eventya is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Destination Management System (DMS) for Destination Management Organisations (DMOs). The service includes website hosting, CMS, mobile app, AI agent, WhatsApp integration, and helpdesk — features vary by subscription plan.
You may use Eventya free of charge on a test URL (e.g. yourplatform.eventya.net) for an indefinite period. The free tier includes all CMS features.
A paid subscription is required to connect a custom domain. Plans are billed monthly or annually. Current pricing is available on the Pricing page.
Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT, which will be added based on your location.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
If a payment fails, we will retry after 14 days. If payment continues to fail, paid features (custom domain, app publishing) may be suspended until payment is resolved.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Eventya. By uploading content, you grant Eventya a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights and does not contain unlawful material.
You may export your content at any time via CSV/JSON. Upon termination, your content remains accessible for 30 days for export purposes.
The Eventya platform, including its code, design, documentation and brand, is owned by Eventya CO SRL. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement are incorporated by reference into these Terms. They govern how we process personal data.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for paid plans. We provide support via email with a target response time of 4 business hours for critical issues and 1 business day for general enquiries. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control (force majeure). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before initiating legal proceedings. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and DPA, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver. Notices should be sent to legal@eventya.net.
