European heritage, the ASTRA Museum is the custodian and facilitator of authentic values for the community.

As the successor and guardian of the heritage and values of the Association Museum, the ASTRA Museum of Transylvanian Civilization—an integral part of the ASTRA National Museum Complex—brings the traditional world of enchanting, multiethnic Transylvania to its visitors.

A simple walk through the 96 hectares of the ASTRA Museum of Traditional Folk Civilization reveals to visitors an image of rural life from across Romania, embodied in more than 400 houses, farm outbuildings, and technical installations.
