🔥🚿 Towards the hydraulic-wheel distillery from Sârbești

We stop at the distillery brought from Sârbești, in Gorj County, dated 1935 and located to the left of the fruit storehouse from Polovragi. The building illustrates the utilitarian architecture specific to the Subcarpathian orchard regions of Oltenia, adapted to an essential productive function: the making of plum brandy (țuică).
