No. You can create your full platform, add all your content and preview it on a free eventya.net subdomain without any payment details. You only need to add payment when you're ready to go live on your own domain.
One destination = one platform instance with its own website, app and content. A city is one destination. A county with multiple cities is still one destination if managed as a single platform. If you need separate platforms for multiple territories, each counts as a destination.
Yes, at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you're billed pro-rata for the remainder of the month. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Your content remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it (JSON). After 30 days, it is permanently deleted. We recommend exporting before cancellation.
Yes. Registered NGOs, cultural associations and local government bodies can apply for our non-profit program. EU-funded projects also qualify for special pricing. Contact us at contact@eventya.net.
Paying annually gives you 2 months free — equivalent to a ~16% discount. The annual amount is charged upfront. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time from your account settings.
